1.	Catalog Number	EXAMPLE: LBBS4 - 10.00 - KP - BWT - WD Indicates a 5/8 diameter shaft slide body with a 10 inch stroke, body with optional dowels, and keyed alternate style tie bars with mounting holes drilled and counterbored for 5/16 SHCS.
2.	Stroke, "A" dimension. Please see chart for maximum values. Order in .25 inch increments.
3.	Body Hole Detail "K" See ordering code chart below.
4.	Tie Bar Style Requirement See ordering code chart below.
