This is our in-line chassis with the upper guard skirt removed to expose the ABEC-7 (cont...)
roller bearings of the conveyor chain,
(lower side bearings are out of view), riding on a hardened track surface.
Additional bearings exist internally to retain the links to a precision
path repeating within .010 inches.
An automatic chain lubricator is built in to insure long life.
Please note that the pins and hole pattern shown on these links
are not standard. This is a special link configuration for a
particular customer.
